Birthday Parties!!!
Is someone special having a birthday? At Emerald City Gymnastics we put the “happy” in your child’s birthday! We provide the fun, entertainment and help serve cake too!
Pick a Party:
KING/QUEEN
PARTY: $200.00 up to 12
guests, including your special birthday person. Emerald City Gymnastics will
furnish the invitations with a liability form for each guest, ¼ sheet cake, ice cream and drinks. We supply
two coaches, paper goods -tablecloth, plates, napkins, forks, etc. in our gym colors (teal & purple), and
provide each guest with a helium balloon. Specialty parties (cake and
paper goods featuring your special theme rather than the gym colors) will cost an
additional $15.00. We set up, entertain and clean up. But of course, we would
not turn away any parental help or involvement! Parents provide the goody bags.
PRINCE/PRINCESS PARTY: $150.00 up to 12 guests including your special birthday person. Emerald City Gymnastics will furnish the invitations with a liability form for each guest, two coaches, table(s), chairs, and fun! We help parents set up their decorations, and our coaches entertain and clean up. Parents provide the paper goods, refreshments and goody bags.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: $10.00 per guest
PARTY DAYS & TIMES: Parties are held on Saturdays. Call the office for available party times and dates. We are also now offering Pre-School Birthday Parties on select Fridays after Pre-School Open Gym.
PARTY
ACTIVITIES: The 1st hour involves an introduction of coaches,
guests and an outline of our gymnastics activity, along with some simple rules
that we expect each guest to follow.
Then we go into the gym for a wild warm-up
and stretch, and everyone participates in the obstacle course, with the birthday
person as the leader. The last half an hour we wash up and gather at the table
for cake & ice cream. Once all of the guests have finished their food, the
birthday person opens presents! After the openings of the presents and the
thank-you's have been distributed, everyone puts on their shoes and goes home
with a big smile and a great memory!
CONTRACT: A birthday contract must be completed and returned within 2 weeks of the party date. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time the contract is submitted to our office. The balance of the party fee must be paid in full on the party day.
CANCELLATIONS: Emerald City Gymnastics requests that cancellations be made in person, by telephone or submitted in writing within 10 days of the party date. The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable.
